How to Get There & Venue Info
Business Forum 2026 will be held at the Beirut Seaside Arena, located along the vibrant waterfront, just minutes from central Beirut. The venue is easily accessible by car, taxi, and public transport.
We strongly encourage attendees to use shared or public transportation when possible to reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions.
Opening Hours
- April 8: Doors open at 7:30 AM
- April 9: Doors open at 8:00 AM
(Times are subject to change – check the agenda closer to the date.) Please allow extra time for security, badge pick-up, and bag drop-off. We also recommend checking the detailed agenda.

Transportation Options
Several buses and shared taxis serve the waterfront and downtown area. Use local apps or hotel concierge services for up-to-date public transport options.
Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Uber and Bolt operate throughout Beirut. Drop-off and pick-up points will be clearly marked at the main entrance of the Arena.
- Taxi or Ride-Share: Approx. 20 minutes (subject to traffic), average fare: $20
- Shuttle Service: Available for Executive Pass holders – booking details to follow by email

Paid on-site parking is available at the Beirut Seaside Arena, with additional overflow parking nearby.

Badge Pick-up & Bag Storage
Each attendee will need to show their Event Badge upon arrival at the venue. You can collect your badge on April 8th at Beirut Seaside Arena or upon arrival at the conference venue.
Whenever you claim your Event Badge, remember to take your ticket and an ID.
- April 07 (Pre-check-in): 3 PM – 7 PM
- April 08: From 7:30 AM
Lockers will be available for small items, and there will be a dedicated storage area for larger bags and luggage upon arrival.
Please note that bag searches will be conducted in the registration area.

We aim to accommodate as many dietary needs as possible. You’ll find clearly labeled vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options across all buffet lines.
For specific allergens or less common dietary restrictions, look for our dedicated Special Diet Buffets, which are marked on the venue map. If you’re unsure where to go, simply ask any staff member wearing orange scarves and black bow ties – they’re happy to assist!
